[Cheat]How to get maximum perks.

I discovered a way on how to have a maximum perks in just 1 command. Since this method doesn't work, I re-made this cheat in order to work. I don't know if this cheat works on any Skyrim versions.
Note: I do not own this cheat, I've just customized it in order to work.

Once you open the skill menu, You can't exit it since it will automatically ask you to upgrade you're Mana, Health and Stamina. The only way to exit it is by upgrading it all until you reach the max level. In order to avoid this, Do not open your skill menu. Don't worry about your Health, Mana and Stamina, Because you can change them easily.

[How to use it]:
While in-game, Simply press "` or ~" key to open the console, Then type "bat Acid" without ( " ) then press enter.
